The Office Scrolling feature enables auto scrolling, as shown in the picture below.
The DocumentCapability.Default value for the OfficeScrolling property is equal to DocumentCapability.Enabled, so that the Office Scrolling feature is available for a document currently loaded in the SpreadsheetControl.
