The DocumentCapability.Default value for the TableStyle property is equal to DocumentCapability.Enabled, so that table styles can be displayed for a currently loaded document.
With the TableStyle property set to DocumentCapability.Disabled, you can create new styles in the UI, but cannot apply it to the table.
