Remarks

Execute this command to make the footer active. An active SubDocument (section footer in this case) is required for the BookmarkCollection.Select method, and for executing various commands, such as the InsertPageNumberFieldCommand or the InsertPageCountFieldCommand and others. If the footer is not active, an exception is thrown.
