Performs a mail merge and invokes the Save As… dialog, to ask for a file name to save the merged document.

When performing mail merge using this command, you cannot specify merge options, such as MailMergeOptions.MergeMode or MailMergeOptions.CopyTemplateStyles.

To get more control over the mail merge process, use the Document.MailMerge method instead.
