Remarks

Set the ParagraphPropertiesBase.LineSpacingType property to ParagraphLineSpacing.Double to format the paragraph(s) associated with the specified range with double line spacing. If you operate with the Paragraph object instead of the DocumentRange, use the Paragraph.LineSpacingType property.
