Paragraph.ListIndex Property

Gets or sets the index of a list applied to the paragraph.

An integer that is the index of a list to which the paragraph belongs.

Remarks

Once you get the list index using the ListIndex property, you can access the list itself in the Document.NumberingLists collection.

Specify the list index before specifying the Paragraph.ListLevel property. Otherwise, the paragraph is not included in the list.
