Field List

The Field List displays the hierarchy of fields contained in tables and/or views of the dashboard data source, and allows you to create calculated fields.

The Field List is shown in the Visual Studio IDE, along with other IDE windows, when you edit a dashboard at design time. It can be moved, sized or docked in the same manner as other IDE windows.

Note that after the Field List pane is closed, you can reopen it via the Dashboard menu.
