Remarks

Use the ASPxEditorsResLocalizer class to access resource string values and override them at runtime.

If an application is localized using satellite resource assemblies or global resources, the ASPxEditorsResLocalizer class will contain localized resource string values.
If an application is not localized, the ASPxEditorsResLocalizer will contain default (en) culture resource string values.

You can use the ASPxEditorsLocalizer class to localize the data editors at runtime. This class provides the same functionality, but always contains default (en) culture resource string values.
