Remarks

Use the ASPxHtmlEditorResLocalizer class to access resource string values and override them at runtime.

If an application is localized using satellite resource assemblies or global resources, the ASPxHtmlEditorResLocalizer class will contain localized resource string values.
If an application is not localized, the ASPxHtmlEditorResLocalizer will contain default (en) culture resource string values.

You can use the ASPxHtmlEditorLocalizer class to localize ASPxHtmlEditor at runtime. This class provides the same functionality, but always contains default (en) culture resource string values.
