Remarks

Use the ASPxDiagramResourcesLocalizer class to access resource string values and override them at runtime.

If an application is localized using satellite resource assemblies or global resources, the ASPxDiagramResourcesLocalizer class will contain localized resource string values.
If an application is not localized, the ASPxDiagramResourcesLocalizer will contain default (en) culture resource string values.

You can use the ASPxDiagramLocalizer class to localize ASPxDiagram at runtime. This class provides the same functionality, but always contains default (en) culture resource string values.
