A toolbar within an ASPxVerticalGrid control holds its toolbar items within a collection which is represented by an instance of the VerticalGridToolbarItemCollection class and can be accessed via the VerticalGridToolbar.Items property.

The properties and methods exposed by the VerticalGridToolbarItemCollection class can be used to perform common collection operations such as adding new or deleting the existing toolbar items. Each item of the collection is represented by a VerticalGridToolbarItem object descendant. Individual toolbar items can be accessed using either indexer notation.
