User Testing

User Testing is an essential responsibility for a product manager. In this process, the product manager ensures that the product developed by the team meets the users' needs and provides a good user experience. This is done by selecting representative users or personas, understanding the user's goals, implementing and planning test scenarios, facilitating the test and analysing the observed user behaviour. The feedback collected is then used to refine the product design, thus playing a significant part in shaping the product's road map and release cycle.
