Properties and Values

In CSS, properties are like instructions that tell the browser how to style an HTML element. Each property has a value, which specifies the exact styling to apply. For example, the color property determines the text color, and its value could be red, #00FF00, or rgb(0, 255, 0). The combination of a property and its value is called a declaration, and declarations are the building blocks of CSS rules.
