<cordova-project>/platforms/android/app/build/outputs/apk/ should have 2 folders, a debug and release folder with your respective apks in them.

Behind the scenes it uses electron-builder . You can see that from the package.json of the cordova-electron repo.

For the certificateFile property it accepts a > String - The path to the *.pfx certificate
