The Window.scrollByLines() method scrolls the document by the specified number of lines.

Syntax

scrollByLines(lines)

Parameters

  • lines
    • : The number of lines to scroll the document by. It may be a positive or negative integer.

Return value

None ({{jsxref("undefined")}}).
