How about the following content for that section:
If you want to add new functionality to `forgejo-cli`, try to add it at the lowest scope possible. So if that functionality merely augments an existing subcommand it should be implemented as an argument, i.e `fj <command> <subcommand> --my-new-flag`. New subcommands can be created if that functionality instead represents a new operation in an existing category. For example, if you intent to add a new operation interacting with repos, adding a `fj repo <my-new-subcommand>` subcommand would be appropriate. There should not be any need for new top-level commands. If you believe a new one to be necessary for your functionality you should discuss this with a maintainer first.
