fj pr search only fetches a single page of results, while fj issue search correctly uses .all() to fetch all pages.

In src/prs.rs, view_prs() calls:

rust
let (_, prs) = api
    .issue_list_issues(repo.owner(), repo.name(), query)
    .await?;

While src/issues.rs, view_issues() calls:

rust
let issues = api
    .issue_list_issues(repo.owner(), repo.name(), query)
    .all()
    .await?;

The fix is to change view_prs() to use .all().await? like view_issues() does, so that all matching PRs are returned regardless of pagination.
