Just a small observation that without a license this repo is technically "All rights reserved".

Good point. It's also not ToS compliant.
@jerger, should we ask everyone who has contributed whether they're fine with CC BY-SA 4.0?

My proposal:
Let's open an issue where all contributors can vote.
Till this vote is accomplished new contributed files should carry a copyright section by their own.

I'm fine with any license, CC BY-SA 4.0 sounds good. I'd appreciate doing it reuse-compliant on that occasion.

Okay, as of time of writing, we are only awaiting a response from @nostar as everyone else has approved. (CC: @jerger)
