This Virtual Test suite is for testing enabling of additional WebCrypto algorithms, specifically:

• ChaCha20-Poly1305
• ML-DSA
• ML-KEM

ChaCha20-Poly1305 is not a PQC algorithm, but is being added to the WebCrypto standard in the same spec at https://wicg.github.io/webcrypto-modern-algos/
