Overflow On Text Beside Form Element

crbug.com/667245: Overflow on text beside a form element should get repainted. When clicking on the checkbox there should be no artefact's left from the black rectangle and it should stay the same size (with the bug a row of pixels at the top and bottom were getting lost).
