BUG ID: Bugzilla bug 7747 REGRESSION: Background tab/window auto-refresh in GMail will take focus.

STEPS TO TEST:
STEP 1: Close all other Safari windows and tabs.
STEP 2: Open this link in a new window in front of this window and follow the instructions in it.
