Vavr

We include Vavr (formerly known as Javaslang) to leverage its persistent collections.

Updating

First, do a HEAD request to check the SHA-1 of the binary you want to download:

Make sure to update the BUCK file in this directory with the new file names as well as .idea/libraries/vavr_0_9_2.xml.
