Prerequisites

• Load environment variables with direnv allow (requires .envrc).
• Run examples with .venvs/demo/bin/python <path-to-file>.py.
• Some examples require local services (Postgres, Redis, Slack, or MCP servers).
• For Dojo compatibility, run showcase.py on port 9001.
